DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: March 4, 2026

LiveCam Discover respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Our Commitment

As a directory and discovery platform, LiveCam Discover aggregates publicly available information about live cam models from third-party platforms. We display model names, profile descriptions, and thumbnail images sourced from these platforms for directory and reference purposes.

We take copyright concerns seriously. If you believe that any content on our Site infringes your copyright or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent, we encourage you to follow the procedure outlined below to submit a DMCA takedown notice.

How to Report Copyright Infringement

1

Prepare Your DMCA Notice

Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following elements as required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA:

Identification of the Copyrighted Work

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

Identification of the Infringing Material

The URL(s) on livecamdiscover.com where the allegedly infringing material appears, with enough detail to help us locate it.

Your Contact Information

Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we can contact you.

Statement of Good Faith

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Statement Under Penalty of Perjury

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Physical or Electronic Signature

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

We Review & Respond

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We will make a good-faith attempt to contact the party that made the content available so they can submit a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed in error.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA takedown notices within 5 business days of receipt. Complex cases may require additional time for investigation. You will receive an email confirmation when your notice has been received and another when action has been taken.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notices should be sent to dmca@livecamdiscover.com. Pursuant to the DMCA, we will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, LiveCam Discover maintains a policy of terminating access for users or content providers who are repeat infringers. We track DMCA complaints and will disable access to the Site for any party that is the subject of multiple valid takedown notices.

Important Note

Please note: LiveCam Discover is a directory service. The content displayed on our Site (model images, names, and profile information) is sourced from third-party cam platforms. If your copyrighted content appears on one of those platforms, you should also contact the platform directly, as removing the content from our directory does not remove it from the source. We can only remove or disable access to the content as it appears on livecamdiscover.com.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure that your takedown notice is accurate and made in good faith.
